HOW YOUR CUSTOM ORDER WORKS

01. PLACE YOUR ORDER

Start To begin your custom order, put down a $30 deposit and tell us your contact info and what you’d like for your nails.  This $30 is just a deposit and not the final price. We will discuss and settle on the final price together, and we will start designing only when we both agree.

02. WE WILL REACH OUT

We’ll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your size, shape, length, and ideas.

03. SHARE YOUR INSPO

Start with one of our designs or send us your own inspiration.

Change the colors. Mix and match. Adjust the details. Make it yours.

04. PERSONAL VIDEO + PREVIEW

We’ll send you a personal video of your nails being handcrafted, so you can see the process from start to finish.

You’ll also receive a design preview to review and approve before we begin.

05. WE HANDCRAFT & SHIP

Once everything is approved, we’ll handcraft your set and get it ready to ship.

Custom sets typically take 7–10 days to make after final approval.
